The principals of HardHat Technologies have been serving the construction industry for the past 10 years and together have over 50 years experience with construction related businesses. Here are more details regarding the HardHat Team:

Jerry Helms, President & Director of Sales
Mr. Jerry Helms manages the sales and marketing activities as well as setting strategic direction for the company. Jerry graduated from Auburn University where he received a bachelor degree in Building Science. He has been a reseller for Meridian Systems since 1997 and has been selling software to the construction industry since 1990.

Chuck Cason, V.P. & Director of Professional Services
Mr. Chuck Cason manages the Professional Services, training, consulting and support. Additionally Chuck oversees the finance and administrative activities for the company. He was previously with one of the largest construction material supply firms in the U.S. where he served as Division Controller, Corporate Controller, and Director of Information Systems. He has worked as controller and CFO for construction companies in the Heavy/Highway sector. Chuck attended Augusta State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jason Faulkner, Custom Development & Support Analyst
Mr. Jason Faulkner is currently managing customized development and report writing as well as all internal IT needs and technical support for Meridian's entire suite of products. Jason joined HardHat Technologies in July of 2003 after graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in Computer Science. Jason has over 8 years experience in software customization, end user support and development.

Cheryl McKinnon, Dir. of Business Development
Ms. Cheryl McKinnon manages the Development of new relationships and opportunities that keep HardHat Technologies at the top in their marketplace. Most of Cheryl’s experience has been in highly consultative, relationship-oriented sales. She founded her own Marketing Services firm in 1996, specializing in construction technology software, and ran it successfully until she joined HardHat Technologies. Cheryl graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business.
