HardHat Technologies’ Tech Support department is dedicated to providing you with responsive, high-quality assistance, so you can install Prolog Manager applications easily and keep them running efficiently. We know that many of you would prefer to have your tech support offered at a local level verses by the software vendor. You want to work with people that have strong domain knowledge and that are intimate with your Prolog® Manager environment and implementation. To assist you in working with our HardHat team we have put together this special offering of discounted blocks of time you may pre-purchase to be used when needed.
You may use these pre-paid hours for the following:
- Toll-free telephone or email support – Tech support analysts are available Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm EST (excluding national holidays)
- Prolog Installation/Upgrade/Migration assistance. Our Professional Services team will be happy to assist and perform if requested Prolog installs, upgrades and migration. This service is available by appointment only*
- Remote assist with tasks such as creating custom fields or modifying field properties*
- Training classes (online or in our training facility in Conyers, GA)*
- Perform or prepare data for imports*
- Customization*
- Report writing*
*Value-Added Service - Not currently provided or supported under Meridian's standard support agreement
