Resetting User's Expiration Date

Everyone needs to reset the user's expiration date in Prolog Security Manager from 1/1/2010 to 1/1/2025 to avoid their user accounts expiring in January.

1. Log into a project as the ADMIN

2. Click Tools > Security > Security Manager

3. Click on the name of the user whose expiration date you wish to change. The expiration date is in the box under the name of the user.

4. Click inside the expiration box and change the last two digits to 25, so the dat will now ready 1/1/2025

5. then press the Save button on thelower right corner of the Security Manager module

6. Click Yes to Commit changes

7. Click the Close button to close Security Manager
